The Director, Assured Hope Christian Schools, Mrs Mauryn Nnamdi, has advised students to embrace creativity and continually seek more knowledge for self-development.

Nnamdi, who stated this at the school’s anniversary and graduation ceremony in ljanikin, Lagos, reminded the students that their mastery of skills will define their future beyond the certificate in their hands.

The director said by imbibing sound culture and integrity, which are the school’s core values, their students can compete with any of their contemporaries anywhere in the world.

“The school, which was established in 2005 nurtures and mentors children by inculcating in them high moral and ethical values, which prepare them for a life of fulfillment and service,” she said.

The Principal, Mrs. O.R. Oludipe, said the college balances its teaching based on academic, physical, moral and social formation.
She added that they are training students to be global leaders, and are intentional about leadership skills.

“Whenever our students go out, we get positive feedback that they are well behaved. Over the years, we have built a culture of excellence and had fantastic academic results,” she said.

Board Chairman, Assured Hope Christian Schools, George Nnamdi, said schools must come together using their platforms for advocacy, to resurrect the glory of basic education in Nigeria.

The chairman said the journey to a new, better and greater Nigeria is realisable with innovative and creative ways of doing things.

Primary School Supervisor, Mrs. Folivi Oteju, said the school has a strong tradition of celebrating achievements and milestones, and boosting children’s self esteem, by bringing learning ‘alive’ and extending pupil’s experiences, so that they will be prepared for the next steps in their education
