Agbu Kefas, Taraba State governor.

Governor Agbu Kefas of Taraba State has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to providing every child with the opportunity to learn and grow in a safe and stimulating environment.

This he made known on Tuesday while launching the Taraba Young Professional Scheme at Jauro Yinu Primary School.

He announced that the training will focus on the use of 54 newly acquired hydro form block machines, which, according to him, are set to revolutionize construction in the state.

Describing the machines as “state-of-the-art,” he stressed that they will change the way buildings are constructed, particularly in the education sector.

“With these machines, we will construct new school buildings across all sixteen local government councils of Taraba State,” Governor Kefas said.

He also affirmed that the schools will not only serve the current generation but will be durable enough to last for many generations to come.

“These new schools will be modern, well-equipped, and will provide the kind of conducive learning environment our children deserve.

“We are not just building structures; we are laying the foundation for the future of Taraba, where every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and flourish,” the governor stated.

The initiative, as made known by the governor, is expected to bring significant improvements to the state’s educational infrastructure and provide young professionals with the skills needed to participate in Taraba’s development.

Elated by the development, educationists who spoke with The Guardian said the initiative, if allowed to see the light of day, will no doubt achieve the much-needed improvement in the education sector.
