Cihan Media Communications has announced the global launch of AGENTPR™, Africa’s first agentic PR and media intelligence platform, purpose-built for the linguistic, cultural, and media realities of African markets.
The platform deploys four specialised artificial intelligence agents; CNA, the orchestrator; SADA, the gatherer; ZALI, the analyst; and NZE, the synthesiser; operating on a proprietary methodology called GASD™ (Gather, Analyse, Synthesise, Deliver), and introduces Meaning Intelligence™, a six-layer analysis framework that goes beyond conventional sentiment analysis to interpret sarcasm risk, cultural nuance, and reputational intent in African media contexts.
AGENTPR™ runs eight structured intelligence sweeps across online news, social media, forums, Nigerian broadcast media including major television and radio stations, dark social platforms, international press, and WhatsApp echo channels.
It is available as a browser-based dashboard at useagentpr.com and as a Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector that runs inside Anthropic’s Claude. The connector has been submitted to the Claude Connectors Directory and is currently under review.
The Model Context Protocol, developed by Anthropic, is the open standard that lets AI assistants connect to live tools and data. AGENTPR™ is, to the company’s knowledge, the first PR and media intelligence connector built in Africa to implement it — enabling communications professionals to run structured intelligence from within any Claude conversation, on web, desktop, or mobile, using a single natural-language instruction. Users connect by adding the connector and signing in; no installation is required.
Through the dashboard, AGENTPR™ produces a fully formatted intelligence brief, including a PPTX presentation deck and DOCX report, built for client delivery. Through the MCP connector, the same intelligence is returned conversationally inside Claude in seconds.
The platform’s white-label output system allows agencies to deliver intelligence briefs under their own brand identity, positioning AGENTPR™ as both a practitioner tool and a client-facing product for PR agencies across Africa.
Founder & CEO, Cihan Media Communications and Founder, AGENTPR™, Dr. Celestine Achi, said, “Africa does not have a monitoring problem. It has an intelligence problem. The tools exist. The data exists. The platforms exist. What has never existed — until now — is a methodology built for how African media actually works, how African language actually speaks, and how African reputation actually moves. AGENTPR™ is that methodology. Built here. For here. For the practitioners who have always deserved better.”
Central to AGENTPR™’s differentiation is Meaning Intelligence™, a proprietary analytical framework within The Achi Intellectual Architecture™. Unlike conventional sentiment analysis, which classifies media mentions as positive, negative, or neutral, Meaning Intelligence™ applies six analytical layers: sentiment, emotion, sarcasm risk, intent, cultural nuance, and reputation risk.
The framework was developed specifically to address the limitations of global monitoring tools in African media contexts, where language, tone, and cultural reference carry meaning that standard natural language processing systems routinely misclassify.
In Nigerian and West African English, expressions of apparent satisfaction following a complaint, a recognised linguistic pattern in the market, are frequently misread as positive sentiment by global tools.
Meaning Intelligence™ detects such patterns and flags them as sarcasm risk, providing communications practitioners with an accurate signal rather than a misleading metric.
The framework also identifies cultural nuance in political communications, coded language in regulatory environments, and reputational intent across editorial, social, and broadcast media.
“Meaning Intelligence™ is not a feature of AGENTPR™. It is the intellectual foundation. Thirty years in African communications taught me that the most dangerous media signal is not the one you cannot find — it is the one you misread. We built a methodology that understands what African media is actually saying,” he said.
The MCP connector, available at useagentpr.com/mcp, represents a significant technical milestone for African communications technology.
It enables communications professionals using Claude to run structured eight-sweep intelligence briefs from a single conversational instruction, without browser-switching or manual workflow management, on web, desktop, or mobile.
