Leading skincare and spa company, Susan Chanel Beauty, has reiterated its commitment to female-focused empowerment by providing food support to 200 underserved women in Lagos.
The initiative, led by Founder and CEO, Susan Chanel Beauty, Susan Esisi, distributed food items including rice, beans, and other staples to women facing economic hardship. Since its inception, the program has reached over 3,000 individuals many of them women.
“From the very beginning, my mission has been to create a brand that not only enhances beauty but also empowers women to feel confident, loved, and appreciated in their skin,” Esisi said.
Esisi emphasised that skincare, to her, is not just cosmetic, it is a tool for empowerment.
“Skincare is self-care, and self-care is a powerful tool for building self-love and confidence,” she noted. She added that the organisation is expanding its community engagement strategy with upcoming anti-hunger campaigns and partnerships with women-centered organisations focusing on health and education.
“We aim to strengthen our position as a leading brand that empowers women, promotes natural beauty, and delivers exceptional skincare solutions across Africa and beyond,” Esisi said.
In addition to its social work, the company remains committed to environmental sustainability, embracing ethical sourcing, eco-friendly packaging, and responsible production practices.
“As we continue to grow, we’re committed to staying true to our core values quality, sustainability, empowerment, and cultural pride,” Esisi added.
