Women of Rubies set for Media Visibility Bootcamp 4.0
In order to help women looking to strengthen their media presence, expand their networks, and succeed in today’s competitive market, Women of Rubies; a leading platform celebrating and supporting women, are set to host the Media Visibility Bootcamp 4.0.
The two-day programme is designed to equip female entrepreneurs and influencers with the skills they need to boost their visibility, amplify their brands, and make a lasting impact.
The virtual event which will hold on December 7 – 8 2024, will bring together an exciting array of speakers including founder of Women of Rubies and multi-award-winning media strategist, Esther Ijewere; public relations expert, Prudence Zoe Glorious; award-winning journalist at CBC/Radio-Canada, Sophia Etuhube; founder of Brave Inspires Brave, Heather McWilliam; career coach and IT consultant, Kesiena Edafiogho; marketing and communications officer at FACE coalition, Priscilla Iyari, and International journalist, Erica Ayisi.
The Bootcamp goes beyond theoretical aspects of social media optimisation, and offers participants an interactive and practical experience. Through hands-on exercises, expert guidance, and collaboration, attendees will leave equipped with actionable strategies to grow their brands and increase their influence.
Founder, Women of Rubies, Esther Ijewere, stated that the bootcamp would be an enlightening experience, especially for female entrepreneurs, who would be taking home the skills needed to standout in the social media space, and learning secrets to rising above obstacles, and making a mark in their different circles.

The Media Visibility Bootcamp 4.0 will aim to help participants learn tried-and-true methods for increasing brand recognition, and gain insights on standing out personal brand in their respective fields. They will learn how to navigate creative industries, build a distinct personal brand and maintain a healthy online presence, and collaborate effectively to foster all-round growth.
Ijewere noted that the bootcamp has made far reaching impact, right from the very first edition. She urged more women to take advantage of the avenue to accelerate their career growth, and join a supportive community of like-minded women.
“Since its inception in August 2023, the Women of Rubies’ Media Visibility Bootcamp has welcomed over 300 women and highlighted over 30 influential speakers. The event is a unique chance for women to connect, learn, and grow. It is an opportunity to elevate their brands and become part of a community that supports women on their journey to success.” she added.
The speakers will be tackling a wide range of topics including tools for building credibility and expanding reach, Public Relations Techniques that drive social impact, the role of storytelling in uplifting communities and creating human interest content that resonates with diverse audiences, creating inclusive brand environments and strengthening communication strategies to engage diverse communities effectively, and several other key subject.
