Igwe of Umuna, HRM Douglas Okwara, has emerged as Chairman of the South East Association of Christian Traditional Rulers of Nigeria (AOCTRON), even as it also marks a momentous occasion as his family members, friends, traditional rulers and numerous well wishers gathered to celebrate another remarkable milestone in his life, his birthday.
