Economic hardship: Be hopeful, cleric enjoins Nigerians
Nigerians have been enjoined to be hopeful and confident in God as they navigate the current economic hardship in the country.
Rev. Mother Esther Oluwabamidele Adeojo of the New Generation C&S International, Mountain of Authority, Ile Youth Ogijo, Ikorodu, Lagos State, gave the admonition during a media briefing at the church auditorium on Saturday.
Speaking about the upcoming annual Ark of Covenant Celebration and Ordination Service of the church, slated for Monday, November 11, 2024, Adeojo, aka Ewa Jesu, said hope in God is what is needed in this precarious situation.
Adeojo noted that it’s only God that is ever faithful and will always keep His covenant alive.
In her words, “what we need as a people in this present situation is God’s special grace and blessings, as the theme for this year edition of our programme connotes, ‘Blessings from the Ark of Covenant.”
According to her, the highlight of the event will be the ceremonial unveiling of the Ark of Covenant, scheduled for for 3pm.
“The service, which promises to be power packed, wil be led by my humble self alongside other anointed ministers of God,” she added.
