Madonna, Live Nation, and the Barclays Center are facing a class-action lawsuit filed by concertgoers Michael Fellows and Jonath Hadden. The lawsuit, filed on Wednesday, alleges that the iconic pop star’s delayed performance in New York City left attendees facing difficulties getting home and disrupted their work schedules the following day.

According to @businessinsider, Fellows and Hadden are seeking unspecified damages after Madonna reportedly took the stage two hours later than the scheduled time, impacting the overall experience for fans.

The complaint accuses Madonna of displaying a “flippant difficulty in ensuring a timely or complete performance,” pointing to the frustration of concertgoers who faced challenges getting home after the show, which reportedly concluded around 1:00 am. The legal action highlights the inconvenience faced by attendees who had “to get up early to go to work and/or take care of their family responsibilities the next day.”

Fellows and Hadden contend that had they been aware of the late end time, they would not have purchased tickets to the show.
