Ingredients
- Bananas
- Greek Yogurt
- Almond Milk
- Flax Meal
- Vanilla Extract
You could also add
- Chia seeds
- Honey or maple syrup
- Chia seeds
- Protein powder
- Ground cinnamon
Recipe
- Start by blending all the ingredients in a blender. If you like your smoothies thin, throw in a lot more almond milk, but if you don’t, only a little is fine.
- Once blended, serve in a glass and add some toppings. Nut butter, granola and even slices of fresh fruit double as great toppings.
- Put in the fridge to cool.
