New Album? Fans Discover Leaked Ariana Grande Songs
The drama around Ariana Grande is enough to make a film!
A collection of unreleased material has been discovered on several streaming services from a user named Zandhr, and fans are speculating as to whether the Sweetner crooner dropped a new album under a secret identity.
The 10-track album, called Nobody Does It Better, became unavailable once fans started debating whether or not the songs were actually sung by the God Is A Woman songstress, although several listeners reported hearing Ari’s vocals in the opening song In Your Hands.
As if the vocals weren’t enough of a giveaway, Zandhr’s bio contains upside down writing which is Grande’s favourite that reads,
“right now I’m in a state of mind, I wanna be in like all the time,”
The words are lyrics from the 25-year-old’s smash hit single No Tears Left To Cry.
The playlist which contains several unreleased songs also includes multiple tracks that fans recognized instantly including Too Close, a bonus track on the Japanese version of My Everything; Champagne, which seems to be a version of Grande’s previously performed song, Pink Champagne; Better Days, a song she performed with Victoria Monet at the One Love Manchester tribute concert.
The album which was around for about a week before gaining attention fro, fans has subsequently vanished from streaming services and a source close to the singer told Newsbeat the collection “was not affiliated with her” in any way.
