The R and B singer has been accused of infecting a woman with Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) intentionally.
The woman, whose identity has not been revealed, claims that he tried to force her to be a member of his ‘sex cult’ during the 11-months’ period the relationship lasted, her lawyer, Lee Merritt said.
According to the statement she released, she was 19 at that time.
Her lawyer also said that the musician possessed ‘predatory, controlling and abusive behaviour’ and an ‘incident resulting in serious bodily injury occurring in Dallas, Texas’.
The Dallas police have begun investigations.
