A prominent Islamic scholar, Alhaji Muyideen Bello, has passed away at the age of 84.

Born in Ibadan, Alhaji Bello was widely respected for his wisdom and his lifelong dedication to educating others about the faith.

His death at 84 was announced on Friday morning by Alfa Aribidesi of At-Tawdeeh Islamic Da’awah, another influential figure in the Islamic community.

Adding to the tributes, popular Islamic singer and follower of the late Bello, Alhaji Basit Olarenwaju, better known as Aponle Anabi, shared an emotional post on his official Facebook page.
