Aare Onakakanfo of Yorubaland, Gani Adams, has condemned the killing of some #EndSARS protesters across the country by the police.

According to him, it is the right of youths to express their views against police brutality and the state of the nation.

In a statement yesterday by his Special Assistant on Media, Kehinde Aderemi, the Youba warlord applauded the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Mr. Mohammed Adamu, for disbanding the police unit.

IN the same vein, former Director of Planning, Nigeria Air Force (NAF), Nnamdi Nnoruka, has said that the mere disbandment of the squad and other tactical formations by the IGP was not enough.

The retired Group Captain and former Directing Staff of Command and Staff College, Jaji,, however, pointed out that such dissolution would not solve all the problems facing the force and the country.

Observing that terrorism and killings relegated other crimes, including armed robbery, to the background, the London Business School Sloan Fellow disagreed that replacement of service chiefs would end banditry and terrorism.
