The e-auction exercise will be held on January 27 on the website of appointed auctioneers, EFCC said.
The EFCC explained that the assets available for auction will not be sold below the reserve price and a winning bid can only be equal to or above the commission’s price.
Bidders who place the highest bid for forfeited assets will be declared the winning bidder of the asset at the end of the auction, according to EFCC.
Successful bidders of the auction will have a 72-hour window to complete payment via Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR). Other terms and conditions are available on the commission’s page on X.
