Ehimuan, Musawa, Austen-Peters, others to speak at DICE 5.0

Dr. Juliet Ehimuan

A Pan-African organisation that focuses on digital transformation, leadership development and innovation, Digital Innovation and Creative Excellence (DICE), has announced the fifth edition of its ecosystem mixer, a gathering to bring together leaders across Africa’s creative, technology and business ecosystems.

The event, DICE 5.0, scheduled to take place on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at the Wole Soyinka Centre for Culture and Creative Arts (National Theatre), Lagos, themed “Igniting African Creativity through Infrastructure & Strategic Capital,” hosted as part of CANEX WKND 2026, will bring together creatives, investors, business leaders, technology innovators and policymakers to explore how enabling infrastructure and strategic investment could unlock new opportunities for Africa’s creative economy.

DICE, since its first edition in November 2023, has provided a curated platform for ecosystem stakeholders to exchange ideas, build relationships and explore opportunities for collaboration.

However, DICE 5.0 builds on this foundation with a sharper focus on the conditions required for Africa’s creative industries to grow, scale and compete globally.

The event will, therefore, examine the evolving dynamics of the creative economy, including new models of value creation, access to capital, digital platforms, creative business models and the role of technology and infrastructure in enabling growth, among others.

Speakers for the event include the Founder of Beyond Limits, Dr Juliet Ehimuan; Minister for Arts, Culture, Tourism and the Creative Economy, Hannatu Musa Musawa; Director-General of the National Council for Arts and Culture, Obi Asika; and Founder of BAP Productions and Terra Kulture, Bolanle Austen-Peters, among others.
