Expert calls for collaboration in strengthening transnational economic landscape
In order to bolster and invigorate economic growth between nations amidst industry stakeholders contending with the intricate challenges stemming from global inflation, hospitality expert and businessman; Kingsley Obiukwu, is urging for increased collaboration.
He made this call during the recent Diplomatic Business Rendezvous, an exclusive event organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in collaboration with the High Commission of South Africa in Nigeria.
The Executive Director, of Bolton White Group who was one of the resource persons who spoke at the event stressed the need for more collaboration between countries especially Nigeria and South Africa.
“I strongly believe that forging partnerships between Nigeria and South Africa holds great promise for driving economic growth and development in both countries. My active participation in such events reflects my dedication to advancing our industry’s interests and contributing to the wider economic landscape.
“There’s huge potential for mutually beneficial partnerships in various sectors that can stimulate economic growth and development in both countries,” he said.
Referring to recent measures meant to fortify the relationship between South Africa and Nigeria, Obiukwu applauded the endeavours of both administrations to improve diplomatic ties and enable increased collaboration on both the bilateral and regional fronts.
He also showered encomium on the organizers of the event, stating that the event was an ideal medium for business executives to come together and strengthen diplomatic connections.
“As an esteemed leader in the Nigerian business community, I appreciate gatherings like this because they provide an invaluable platform for business leaders to interact with government officials and diplomats, paving the way for stronger international relations and potential economic collaborations,” he buttressed.
