Grant Master, Africa’s leading grant writing marketplace, has officially opened applications for Cohort 4 of Grant Success School (GSS), its flagship grant writing training program and pitch challenge.

Designed for small business owners, startup founders, NGO leaders, and aspiring entrepreneurs, the program offers participants the opportunity to master grant writing, access funding, and scale their impact-driven initiatives.

Since its launch, Grant Success School has trained and empowered hundreds of changemakers with the skills to win millions in grants, transforming brilliant ideas into fully funded projects. Now, with Cohort 4 beginning on April 1, 2025, a new set of participants will gain access to world-class grant writing expertise, industry mentorship, and exclusive prizes to support their businesses and organizations.

Speaking on the impact of the programme, Olugbenga Ogunbowale, CEO of Grant Master and lead instructor at Grant Success School, stressed the importance of grant funding in unlocking potential and driving sustainable development.

He noted that one of the most important skills any entrepreneur or non-profit leader can develop is the ability to secure funding.

“Grant Success School is empowering the next generation of African leaders with the tools they need to compete on a global stage. It’s more than just a training program—it’s an ecosystem that nurtures innovation, collaboration, and long-term impact,” Ogunbowale said.

“Cohort 4 is an opportunity for entrepreneurs, business owners, and social impact leaders to transform their vision into reality. We are excited to welcome the next group of innovators who are ready to take their grant writing skills to the next level.”

She said, “Grant Success School was a game-changer for me. The training went beyond just writing proposals—it gave me the confidence to pitch my project, secure funding, and scale my impact in the renewable energy sector.”

Grant Success School offers a comprehensive and results-oriented approach. The program features over 20 essential topics taught by grant-winning experts with a combined track record of securing over $30 million in funding.

Each student receives personalised feedback on every assignment, combined with a supportive community of like-minded individuals and mentors to ensure rapid skill development. To further enhance participants’ chances of success, the program also includes bonus classes on mastering grant pitch competitions and securing prestigious global fellowships.
