The National Chairman of the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN), Abubakar Shetima Garima, has pledged to eliminate delays and restore normalcy to the petroleum marketing sector.

Speaking during a visit to the IPMAN Port Harcourt Unit, Garima declared that the era of waiting for loading is over.

To tackle these issues, he unveiled a comprehensive plan to restore normal business operations, promising the availability of the products.

Elaborating on his plans, Garima explained that the temporary closure of the product allocation portal was necessary to clear existing tickets and ensure seamless loading.

He assured marketers that with the new system, products will be allocated and loaded in time, as tickets are presented.

Garima emphasized IPMAN’s unity, stating that the association is one body, free from factions.

He said: “The era of waiting for loading after submitting tickets is over. The only thing we need from you is to cooperate with your Chairmen, give them proper cooperation because, without your cooperation, there would be no achievement.”
