Gov. Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq of Kwara has congratulated the Christian community on the celebration of Christmas festive season.

This is contained in a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Malam Rafiu Ajakaye.

“The Governor says the season is a celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, a key event in human history through which a bright light of God was shone to the world.

“Gov. Abdulrazaq urges Kwarans to reflect upon the epoch and let the lessons of it guide their lives and interactions with fellow human beings.

“The Governor prays that everyone have a blessed festive season,” the statement read.
