A tech expert and project manager with a strong passion for community development, Ademola Ogunlade has feted over 200 okada riders during his yearly Evangelism Outreach for Okada riders in Ogun State.

This year’s outreach held in partnership with Wisemen Pray, an interdenominational Christian organisation dedicated to the spiritual development of men.

They provided meaningful support to the community while spreading the message of hope, love and salvation.

The event, held at SAO Filling Station, Car park C, Mowe, Ogun State, witnessed the participation of 200 okada riders who received free fuel each as part of the initiative.

Beyond the physical support, attendees were also engaged in uplifting and life-transforming spiritual sessions, with messages of encouragement and salvation tailored toward their unique needs and challenges.

Speaking about the outreach, Ademola Ogunlade highlighted the importance of giving back to the community.

“This outreach is not just about meeting physical needs but also about connecting with and uplifting people spiritually. There is so much we can do to impact lives, it doesn’t cost so much to put a smile on people’s faces,” he stated.

On his part, Wisemen Pray’s President, Gbolahan Oshinowo expressed his gratitude for being part of the outreach.

“This partnership aligns with our mission to touch lives and build men of impact for the Kingdom”.

“Together, we aim to leave a lasting legacy of faith, love, and community,” he said.

The yearly Evangelism Outreach is one of many Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects spearheaded by Ogunlade, who remains committed to leveraging his resources and networks to support his immediate community.

His initiatives reflect a vision of holistic development – spiritually, socially, and economically – creating a ripple effect of positive change in the country.

The Guardian gathered that the next outreach will focus on prisons, and assisting people who have been jailed for crimes below N50,000 fine.
