Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Thursday presented the Year 2025 budget estimates of N3.005 trillion to the House of Assembly.
It has been christened: “BUDGET OF SUSTAINABILITY” with the capital: N 1.7t (59%) and recurrent: N1.2t (41%).
The year 2024 budget, in Lagos State as at September 2024 has achieved an 85% performance, according to a post by the Senior Special Assistant on New Media to the Governor, Jubril Gawat, on his X account.
The “Budget of Sustainability” is a blueprint for continuity, resilience, and prosperity for Lagosians.
It is structured around five key pillars, including Infrastructure Sustainability, Economic Diversification, and Institutional Reforms.
