Obaseki celebrates Ugiagbe, Osifo others on promotion to major generals

Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, has congratulated senior army officers of Edo State origin who have been promoted to the rank of Major General in the Nigerian Army.
In a statement, the governor hailed them for being worthy ambassadors of the state, commending their invaluable contributions to peace, security and territorial integrity of the nation.
He said: “It is with great pride that I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the senior military officers of Edo State origin, who have been elevated to the rank of Major General, in recognition of their outstanding commitment to the Nigerian Armed Forces, as well as their hard work, sacrifice and meritorious service to our great nation.
“I offer my sincere felicitations to Acting Chief of Military Intelligence, Major General TB Ugiagbe; Commandant of the Nigerian Army School of Finance and Administration, Major General JE Osifo; Director Budget, Army Headquarters, Major General MO Ihanuwaze; Director Legal Service (Army), Major General SI Musa, and Major General EO Agbebaku.”
