Osun to pay N75,554 as new minimum wage in December
The Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke, has set December 2024 as the implementation date for the new minimum wage of N75,554, which was earlier approved.
According to a statement shared by his Special Assistant on Digital Media, Olalekan Badmus, the state public servants will be paid one month’s arrears.
Badmus further revealed that N25,000 has been approved across the board for the pensioners in the state.
The signing of the implementation of the minimum wage was completed on Friday by the combined team of the state government and the state labour leaders.
