Governor of Gombe State, Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya

Sir: I commend Governor Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe State for his dedication to transforming and advancing Gombe State into a continuously developing region, fostering economic stability, progress, and an improved quality of life for its residents through ongoing industrialisation initiatives.

The establishment of the Muhammadu Buhari Park situated in Dadin Kowa holds great promise as it is poised to provide employment opportunities for up to 10,000 individuals, thereby enhancing the lifestyles of the people of Gombe State.

I call upon the youth of Gombe State to recognise the responsibility that lies before them and seize this remarkable opportunity to offer our encouragement and unwavering support to ensure the smooth operation of the park.

However, I wish to draw your attention, Your Excellency, to an important matter that requires thoughtful consideration. The completed park should be accessible to all, including those at the grassroots level. It is vital that the less privileged citizens of Gombe State experience an elevation in their standard of living as a direct result of this industrialisation effort, rather than being left behind. Reducing poverty is essential for realising your vision of a developed state.

I recommend that awareness campaigns about the forthcoming park be conducted in remote areas of Gombe. Citizens must be educated and informed about how and where they can access these opportunities, the significance of the park, and how it will positively impact not only Gombe but also Nigeria as a whole.

Furthermore, I implore and advise the state government to ensure fairness and impartiality in the distribution of benefits, avoiding bias, and promoting diversity in participation. In conclusion, I wish to offer my encouragement to continue the excellent work you are doing in Gombe State.
