Oyo PDP crisis deepens as faction opens office
The crisis besetting the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Oyo State took another dimension, at the weekend, as a faction opened a new secretariat for the party in Ibadan, the Oyo state capital.
It was gathered that the office is located at Bodija area of Ibadan.
The faction also has its state secretariat at Molete, Ibadan.
A chieftain of the PDP in the state, Chief Adebisi Olopoenia, who spoke with The Guardian in Ibadan, yesterday, on the development, said: “We don’t believe in those at Molete office. We are not part of them in Molete. We can’t trust them.”
