Mixta launches affordable Lakowe Lakes annex
Leading real estate firm Mixta Africa has unveiled Lakowe Lakes Annex as an add-on to their premium development, Lakowe Lakes Golf Estate, last weekend in Lagos.
The Lakowe Lakes Annex is one of the clusters of projects that make up the New Lagos Town area in Lagos.
According to Sade Hughes, Mixta Africa’s Country Manager for Nigeria, the project allows for a more budget-friendly opportunity around the Lakowe Lakes Golf Estate, the existing premium project within the Lagos New Town development.
“With all the luxury and premium infrastructures that the Lakowe Lakes Golf Estates boasts, the Annex is conceived as Lakowe Lakes but for people who cannot afford the investment required.”
She said Mixta Africa understands the interest in their premium project and the limitation that the state of the economy might have placed on mid-level consumers of real estate products.
“Lakowe Lakes Annex subscribers will have access to the same level of luxury, quality roads, lights, lake and garden view. The only difference is that they will only be another community,” Hughes added.
At the launch witnessed by some of Mixta Africa’s top agents, the Head of Sales and Business Development, Andrea Cameron-Cole added that integrity and attention to detail are some of the values that have kept Mixta’s relationship with the subscribers of its project.
She said, “Mixta’s is known for delivering on their projects to detail. And that’s the reputation we built our projects on. And besides the budget-friendly prices that the Annexe comes with, we have offers for the first few subscribers, despite the facilities it shares with the Golf Estate.”
The Lagos New Town, the umbrella community for all the residential developments is a Mixta Africa project with more than 15 million square metres.
It is an ecosystem of projects surrounded by the Free Trade Zone, Industrial Parks, refiners, and the new Lekki Airport.
Other projects within the Lagos New Town community include Adiva, Marla Park, and Beachwood Park Estate.
