Towards giving home-buyers value for their investments, a Lagos-based real estate company, ElanOrris, has called for improvement in standards of housing construction.

The project manager of the firm, Olasunkanmi Adeyemi, made the call at the groundbreaking ceremony of The Comfort Château schemes in Lekki, Lagos.

The scheme comprises eight units of four-bedroom terrace-duplexes with adequate driveway, private car park, private green area, children playground, gym, uninterrupted power supply, estate lights, closed circuit television and effective security.

The design of the terraces is smart and contemporary with energy-efficient and all-year long services.

Adeyemi in conjunction with Martins Awe, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Eagleline Engineering, a member of the Eagleline Group and construction partners of ElanOrris Real Estate, gave insights into the construction frame work, timeline and processes.

For Awe, the project showcases unique architectural designs with optimum utilisation of internal and external spaces to deliver on the promise of daily comfort to its residents.

He said with 12m deep piling foundation that is currently ongoing at the site, the terraces are built with top quality materials and premium finishing to deliver the best in housing.

Also speaking, the marketing manager of the firm, Ogheneriode Oghe, said: “The Comfort Château offer its stakeholders the opportunity to live, work and play in a well-designed and well-deserved estate in Lekki-Lagos.”

He added that the intention of the firm was to develop distinct communities that have defined number of residents in Lagos, Abuja, Ogun and Oyo States, ensure easy-interaction with other families, easy-networking with other business owners and comfort for residents, promoting lifestyles that bring happiness”.

The firm’s Sales Manager, Emmanuel Ononye, said: “Construction has started on the first scheme and urged investors to take advantage of the pre-launch price.”

According to him, the distinctive design and choice location of the product is a desire for many, adding that the scheme defines luxury, quality, elegance, class and comfort.
