BBNaija star, Lucy, is Fidossi brand ambassador

Ex-big Brother Naija star, Lucy Edet has been named as a brand ambassador for liquor brand, Fidossi Wines and Spirits.

The reality TV star, who was a contestant in the fifth edition of the show, tagged Lockdown, also appeared in the All-Star edition, will be representing FWS’s top brands including, Mood Luminous Italian Champagne, Vecchia Romagna, and Amaro Montenegro Bitters.

Lucy will be engaging with fans and consumers through meet-and-greets at popular retail outlets, events, and clubs.

When asked about why she signed up for the brand, she said: “I had interaction with the brand and they sent me some samples of their products and I like it. The company, the packaging is unique, and it’s an Italian brand, which means quality and I like to represent something of great quality.

“I am selective of the brand I associate with, a brand must meet a certain level of quality because I want to walk up to people to talk about the brand I am representing with ease so, the products are easy to introduce to people.”

When asked if there is a clause in the contract to walk out, she said: “I had words with the brand on quality and I have signed a clause of walking away from the deal if there is low quality.”

When asked what she has been up to after BBNaija house, she said: “I have my grills business and I partnered with Vecchia Romagna when I hosted my friends during a game night, I own a saloon and I am currently working with a lounge where I will be making local food from where I hail from.

On his part, when asked about the choice of Lucy, the spokesperson of the brand, Oluwatoyin Afilaka, said: “Lucy has a personality that is growing and our brand is a growing brand too. This is a growing brand working with a celebrity who is also growing. Lucy is a big name and that is why we go for her. We are satisfied with her and we believe in her.”
