Queen of Emerald Nigeria organisation, a beauty pageant platform to raise beauty queens who will lead the campaign against cervical cancer among women in Nigeria, has called for entries into the 2021 edition of its annual competition.

The entry for the six edition, tagged “Dare Your Quest” has opened for healthy, intelligent and decent Nigerian girls from 18 to 28 years who will contest for the prestigious Queen of Emerald Pageant crown.

The pageant Project Director, Uche Okafor, in a statement, said: “This year we are taking a different turn outside the industry norm. The sixth edition of the Queen of Emerald Pageant presents a bigger and more adventurous pageant contest. The event will witness twist, drills and adventure as contestants face daunting tasks in boot camp.

Okafor noted that the beauty queens would also help to bring out the best in young Nigerian women by building their self-confidence, personal development and increase their drive for success.

“Winner of the prestigious crown will receive prizes worth N1.5m inclusive of cash and vacation trip. Young women with zeal to conquer to embark on their own quest are advised to register here to avail themselves of the opportunity. The online auditions will start on April 10, 2021.
