Fast rising singer, Royal Onyedikachi Kenneth, aka Phantom Burger, has dropped a new single 100 Meters featuring YBNL ex-signees, Lyta and Picazo Rhap. The new single dropped on Thursday, August 1.

Speaking on the inspiration behind the song, Phantom Burger said: “I got this idea to talk about my experience with a girl who I met and while talking, I quickly decided to turn it into a song and give it a storyline.”

Reminiscing on his growing up experience and sojourn into music, the Afrobeats singer stated that he discovered his musical talent in a church as a member of the choir but ventured into secular music.

“I discovered my music skills from the church where I joined the church choir and learned how to play instruments. I became obsessed with music and from there I picked up interest to build a career in music,” he said.

According to the music prodigy, he is promoting the new project to bring out a different style of music from what is currently obtained in the world. “One of the steps I am taking to reach my goal is getting to work with people or artistes who have made it through, then strategise and look for ways to improve beyond this level,” Phantom Burger said.

He noted that unlike some parents who don’t support their kids to go into music, his family strongly supported his venture into the music industry. “My mum is my biggest supporter and my whole family loves my music,” the Computer Engineering graduate states, describing his music style as a versatile trap and afro swing.

Phantom Burger further states that his next project, which will drop soon will definitely be a hit.

“I am working with some well-known artistes on this song. Actually, the lyrics in that song are from my experience with a girl I had a conversation with, so in that song I was actually talking about her,” he added.
