Nigerian international winger Ahmed Musa became champions Leicester City’s second acquisition in a week on Friday for what is believed to be a club record fee of £16.6 million ($22 million, 20 million euros).
The 23-year-old, who announced his talent globally in scoring a brace against Lionel Messi’s Argentina at the 2014 World Cup, signed a four-year contract, ending a successful spell at CSKA Moscow.
Musa and former France Under-21 midfielder Nampalys Mendy, who joined from Ligue 1 side Nice on a four-year deal last Sunday for a club record at the time of £13m, will bolster the Foxes squad for a tilt at the Champions League.
