Gov Otu bags honorary doctorate from MAU
In recognition of what it described as his far-reaching contributions to governance, public service and humanitarian development across Nigeria, Modibbo Adama University (MAU), Yola, has announced the conferment of an Honorary Doctorate on Cross River State Governor, Senator Bassey Otu.
