- Gizzard
- Bell Pepper
- Habanero pepper
- Scallions (to garnish)
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Thyme
- Black pepper
Recipe
- First, wash and boil the gizzard in a pot for about 15 minutes, adding some salt and black pepper.
- Dry blend some habanero pepper and bell pepper.
- Chop some onions and scallions.
- Drain the boiled gizzard in a colander and set it aside to fry.
- Fry until crispy in some olive oil.
- Heat some oil in another bowl, then add onions and fry for two minutes.
- Add the blended peppers, bouillon powder, thyme, and black pepper
- Put in your gizzard, and garnish with vegetables and scallions.
- Your peppered gizzard is ready to be served.
