This smoothie is scrumptious and the components used are exceptionally advantageous to your well-being particularly when ginger is added. According to research, ginger makes a difference to lower blood sugar levels and reducing different heart maladies. Spinach is a great source of vitamins like K, A, C, B2, B6, and E. Additionally, it’s rich in potassium, magnesium, folate, iron, calcium and iodine.

Spinach acts as a blood pressure checker and gives great vision too.

Carrots aren’t the only vegetables for eyesight. Research suggests that people who have decreased levels of zeaxanthin which spinach is high in were more likely to experience positive change when taking spinach.

  Ingredients

  • 3 cups of spinach
  • Ginger 
  • 3 oranges 
  • 1 lemon

Method

  1. Wash the spinach properly with water and salt and set it aside.
  2.  Wash the oranges and slice them open. Remove the pulp and seeds.
  3. Wash a finger size of ginger and set it aside.
  4. In a blender, pour half a cup of water, add the spinach, the orange pulp, ginger and squeeze in the lemon juice, and blend till smooth.

Your green leafy spinach smoothie is ready, enjoy.
