In just four years, Reb360 Limited has grown from an ambitious startup into a trusted name in Nigeria’s real estate industry. Founded in 2021 by Mrs Tope Mark-Odigie, the company set out to do more than just sell properties, it aimed to change lives by providing safe, transparent, and profitable real estate investment opportunities. As it celebrates its fourth anniversary on February 1, 2025, Reb360 reflects on a journey marked by innovation, economic empowerment, and community impact.

Mrs Mark-Odigie’s decision to venture into real estate was not driven solely by profit but by a deep desire to address the growing challenges in the sector. She had seen too many people fall victim to fraudulent agents, losing hard-earned money to dishonest dealings, sometimes even at the hands of family members. More than that, she was disturbed by Nigeria’s massive housing deficit, estimated at 28 million units. This shortfall, fueled by inflation, population growth, and an inefficient mortgage system, left millions of Nigerians unable to own homes. Determined to be part of the solution, she launched Reb360, a company founded on integrity and a mission to empower individuals through real estate investment.

Since its inception, Reb360 has helped over 500 clients acquire real estate properties with peace of mind. But beyond its direct clients, the company has built an extensive ecosystem that has positively impacted over 1,000 individuals. The company’s Real Estate Business Ambassadors (REBA) community has provided opportunities for 774 realtors, many of whom had never earned a commission before joining Reb360. By providing training, mentorship, and high-quality real estate products, the company has helped these individuals build careers and generate income.

The company’s impact extends to artisans and contract vendors who support its estate projects. Over the past four years, Reb360 has worked with more than 100 professionals, including surveyors, engineers, bricklayers, security personnel, and legal experts. Through these collaborations, the company has provided sustainable employment and contributed to the growth of the real estate workforce in Nigeria.

One of Reb360’s most groundbreaking projects is Kefi Court, a landbanking initiative that integrates real estate investment with agriculture. Recognizing the potential of idle land, the company developed a model where investors can purchase land in Kefi Court while Reb360 utilizes it for agricultural activities. Clients are not required to contribute financially to the farming process, yet they receive a 60% annual return from the agricultural proceeds. This initiative has not only provided clients with an innovative way to grow their wealth but has also contributed to Nigeria’s fight against food insecurity. In the past year alone, Reb360 has paid out over N10 million in returns to Kefi Court investors.

“Our mission at Reb360 is not just about selling land or homes; it’s about empowering people and creating lasting wealth,” says Mrs Mark-Odigie. “We want to help everyday Nigerians build financial security through real estate investments that are safe, profitable, and sustainable.”

As part of its expansion, Reb360 has grown from a small team of two to a thriving organization of 17 full-time employees. While this number may seem modest, the impact on the employees has been significant. Reb360 not only provides stable salaries but also fosters an environment where employees can shatter their limiting beliefs about money and financial success.

Sandra Oyekolade, the HR Team Lead and one of the company’s first employees, recalls the early days of Reb360. “I still remember when it was just the CEO and me, selling one estate. Now, four years later, we have nine estates across three states and a team of dedicated professionals. The growth has been remarkable.”

Beyond its business success, Reb360 has cultivated a work culture that prioritizes growth, learning, and employee development. Dapo Alimi, the Head of Marketing, initially joined the company in May 2024 as an external consultant. However, after just three months, he chose to become a full-time employee.

“I saw the company as a rare opportunity to learn real-time lessons about how businesses grow,” he explains. “One thing that stood out to me was our CEO’s dedication to professional development. At Reb360, employees are not just given tasks; they are encouraged to expand their knowledge, improve their skills, and become better versions of themselves.”

The Corporate Communications and Social Media Team Lead, Mrs Chinyere
Chimezie affirms that the company focuses more importantly on each staff’s wellbeing, creates a good working environment for employees and provides excellent customer service. “In today’s world where social media makes it easy for many
organisations to be shady with their business dealings with clients, Reb360 truly upholds
integrity as a core value, both to her staff and to her clients.”

This commitment to personal and professional development is a core part of Reb360’s philosophy. The company recently launched Club360, an exclusive community for its clients that provides value beyond real estate investment. Club360 offers monthly virtual sessions on various topics, including health, finance, business growth, career opportunities, relationships, and parenting. These sessions are led by seasoned experts and provide clients with an opportunity to learn, network, and grow holistically.

“Our clients are not just investors; they are part of the Reb360 family,” says Mrs Mark-Odigie. “Through Club360, we offer them resources that help them grow in all areas of life, not just financially.”

Reb360’s impact goes beyond business—it is also deeply invested in social responsibility. Since 2023, the company has partnered with Quiver Full Ministry, an organization that supports couples struggling with infertility. Through this partnership, Reb360 donates 1% of its annual profit to fund IVF treatments for couples who are trusting God for children. This initiative has brought hope to many families and reinforced the company’s commitment to making a difference in people’s lives.

“In business, success is not just measured by profits but by the positive impact we create,” says Mrs. Mark-Odigie. “If we can help families experience the joy of parenthood, then we know we are truly making a difference.”

Looking ahead, Reb360 has ambitious plans for the next five years. The company envisions becoming a household name in real estate across Nigeria and Africa. By 2030, its goal is to make homeownership more accessible, ensuring that everyday people can own homes without breaking the bank.

“We are just getting started,” says Mrs Mark-Odigie. “Our vision is to continue breaking barriers and proving that real estate can be a safe, profitable, and transformative investment for everyone.”

As Reb360 celebrates four years of success, it remains focused on its core mission: empowering individuals, building wealth, and transforming lives through real estate. Whether through its innovative investment models, realtor empowerment programs, or social impact initiatives, the company continues to set the standard for excellence in Nigeria’s real estate sector.

With its commitment to transparency, integrity, and continuous innovation, Reb360 is not just building properties, it is building a legacy.
