President, International Centre for Tax Research and Development (ICTRD), Mrs Morenike Babington-Ashaye, has called for a two-level administration that will aid the restoration of natural order. She made the call in her new book, titled: Natural World Restoration in Lagos.

The 14-chapter book deals with governance of the world, continents, nations and communities; sanctity of marriage, family, religion, code of ethics, eradication of poverty and many more.

In the book, Babington-Ashaye expresses worry that elders have become quiet on national issues because of fears, stressing the cost of public administration is too enormous, as state governments are a waste of resources and a divisive tool used to satisfy politicians.

Other highlights of the book are that the world is to be divided into 10 continents and the division must be done by elders in affected continents, the political structure is based on two levels of administration; national and communities, that no continent or nation can have interest in another continent or nation but every nation and continent must develop itself to advance its people.

Speaking at the book’s unveiling, Babington-Ashaye reveals: “God has taken control of the world since January 2024 and plans a peaceful and prosperous world, where there will be no pains, sorrows and misfortunes.”

She reveals that God has declared a seven-year transition (2024 – 2030) at the end of which a natural world would have been restored.

“The directives of God also emphasises that no matter how long an evil deed is committed, God’s judgment and punishments are bound to come. The essence of humanity is to enhance the value of nature, not in terms of money, but to live a life that radiates joy and happiness to all.”

The author says every individual or nation is equal in the natural world as social status is no longer based on how wealthy or powerful the nation or individual is but the level of positive contributions made for the advancement of humanity. The participation of women in all aspects of life is hereby affirmed. For every man selected or elected, a woman must be elected or selected.

According to her, a new Constitution is imminent taking into account God’s directives and there must be equal participation for men and women, adding that 50 per cent of the earnings in natural resources must be distributed equally to households on a monthly basis.
