Nimi Izulu’s innovative face cap shines in Paris
Nimi Izulu, the multitalented creative director of BLACK FINE AND FLY, showcased his genius at the recently concluded Who’s Next in Fashion Trade Show at the vibrant Port de Versailles in Paris, France. His SPRING/SUMMER 2025 collection stood out, particularly with the innovative PODCAP , a fresh take on the traditional baseball cap featuring detachable pouches made from upcycled denim.
“It’s fun, singular, and eco-friendly—I love it!” said Cavale, a French DJ and producer, after visiting the BLACK FINE AND FLY booth.
Nimi Izulu also known as ‘Nimi the Paintertainer’ is a visual artist, Adventure Painter, and designer with a penchant for eccentric art and trailblazing designs. He is also the brains behind the iconic cowrie buttons which are a hallmark of BLACK FINE AND FLY; a burgeoning
