Grand Oak rebrands lord’s gin
Grand Oak Limited has re-launched Lord’s Gin into the Nigerian market. Unveiling the re-branded gin at the company’s 2016 Distributors Conference in Lagos, acting Managing Director, Aare Fatai Odesile, said the re-launch is aimed at positioning the brand rightly in the market place.
Category Manager, Grand Oak Limited, Amuwo Olayinka noted that Lord’s Gin has been around for 34 years and has always been a top brand of international standard.
He explained that the re-branding was undertaken with their international partners to raise the bar in the Nigerian spirit market.
“Lord’s brand has been in existence since 1982 and it has enjoyed leadership in the spirit market: top bars and hotels use Lord’s for their mixes. It can be compared with international standard gin with London heritage. We came up with this concept because we needed to redefine the landscape of Nigeria’s spirit industry.
“Lord’s is an international brand and it is positioned at the premium segment for discerning ladies and gentlemen.
