ALMUBINS marks Maolud Nabiyy

THE Almustabshiruna Binabiyy-Sheriff (ALMUBINS) has perfected arrangements for its Maolud Nabiyy, aimed at promoting better understanding of Islam especially teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW).

  The programme, which takes place today at the National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos, is expected to attract  over 5000 participants from across the country and beyond.

   The Chairman, Planning Committee, Alhaji Oseni Mukaila Adewale and the National Chairman, ALMUBINS, Alhaji Momoh Rafiu Deind told The Guardian that the programme would be a wake up call for all the Muslim ummah towards upholding the Islamic ethics and promoting the prophetic mandate.

  Adewale however noted that the Mould Nabiyy celebration came with some special features such as the free-medical check-up held last week with about 500 beneficiaries. Also, the quiz competition had about 18 finalists with three winners of scholarship to boost their educational career.

National Ameer and Founder, ALMUBINS, Sheikh Abdul Razaq Woleola (Aafakallahu), said the group is poised to ensure that Islamic teachings reflects in daily life of Muslims and to bridge understanding among Muslims and people of diverse faith with ultimate aim of ensuring global peace among all habitants in the universe.

  Special guests expected at the programme include; Chief Imam of Lagos, Alhaji Garuba Akiola, the Patron of ALMUBINS and foremost Nolywood actor, Alhaji Adebayo Salami among others.
