Nigerian wins AWEIF’s social entrepreneur award

The President and Chief Executive Officer, Avila Naturalle, Dr Temitope Mayegun has won the Social Entrepreneur of the Year award at this year’s African Women Entrepreneurship and Innovation Forum (AWEIF) Conference held in South Africa.

The AWEIF awards are aimed at recognising and celebrating outstanding women entrepreneurs and innovators, who are making a positive impact in their communities and the African continent.

The Social Entrepreneur of the Year award is given to entrepreneurs who have demonstrated exceptional social impact, innovation, and leadership in their business.

While receiving the award, Mayegun highlighted the significance of the recognition to the company and its vision to impact lives positively across Africa.

She said the recognition was a testament to the company’s hard work and dedication to creating natural and effective skincare products that not only enrich lives but also empower women and promote healthy living across the continent.
