Eroomi Akintunde: My vision is to fuel a worldwide worship movement

EROOMI

Eroomi Akintunde is a Nigerian gospel minister, worship leader, and convener of the monthly program God of All Flesh. Born on March 14 and a proud indigene of Kogi State, she is joyfully married and blessed with four children. After giving her life to Christ in 2017 following a powerful personal encounter, Eroomi answered the call to ministry in 2020 and began serving officially in 2022. Through God of All Flesh, inspired by Jeremiah 32:27, she uses worship to draw people back to Christ, bringing hope, healing, and testimonies of transformed lives. She is also the voice behind the powerful gospel hit song Emimimo, which has touched lives globally. Her ultimate vision is to see hearts revived, altars restored, and heaven as the final destination for all who encounter her ministry. She shares her story.

Inspiration Behind Giving My Life to Christ in 2017

It’s a story I will always share with the world . I was a Muslim, working in Lekki, earning well, and supplying diesel to places like Eko Atlantic and ITB. But I had recurring dreams of Jesus carrying the cross, which deeply moved me. I brushed it off as normal dreams until a supernatural experience shook me, feeling an arrow-like sensation, severe hypertension (180/140 BP), and hallucinations.

Medical tests, including an MRI, revealed nothing. I felt cobwebs on my face, liquids pouring on my head, and I was drained. After seeking medical help, including psychiatry, and losing my job, I cried out to Jesus for healing. And He answered! He delivered me completely. Glory to God

The Turning Point That Confirmed My Call to Ministry in 2020

In 2020, a dream confirmed my ministry calling . Daddy Adeboye called my name, Rahmat Akintunde, and gave me a hymnal book, pointing to hymn 49 . After sharing the dream with my husband, we consulted Pastor T.A. Omoniyi of blessed memory, who verified the hymn’s message: “Worship me in the morning and night.” This confirmation solidified God’s call to song ministry

Vision and Purpose Behind Monthly Program God of All Flesh

My monthly program, God of All Flesh, stems from Jeremiah 32:27, where God reveals Himself as the God of all flesh . The vision is to bring people back to Christ, offering hope and assurance that God is a loving Father who never leaves or forsakes His children. The purpose is to highlight the finished work on the cross, empowering people to understand their identity and tap into God’s promises.

Impact of Worship Through Songs

Through God of All Flesh, worship songs have touched hearts, sparking life-changing testimonies from participants and team members alike . It’s amazing to see God’s love and power at work.

Challenges Faced Since Stepping Into Ministry

Challenges have come, but I see them as God’s refining process, shaping me to reflect His character. In John 16:33, Jesus reminds us that trials will come, but we’ve overcome the world through Him. When faced with difficulties, I turn to the Father, entrusting Him to complete the assignment He’s given me.

The Success of Hit Song Emimimo

The success of my song has been fulfilling, seeing God revive silenced and dimmed altars through its impact . Testimonies poured in, revealing God’s love and determination to protect His people from the enemy’s grasp. It’s a powerful reminder of His passion for His children.

Balancing Ministry and Family Life

With God’s gift of a partner, ministry and family complement each other beautifully . Balance becomes a blessing, not a challenge . As a wife and mother of four, I see family and ministry as one continuous flow of God’s grace.

Advice to Aspiring Ministers

Don’t hesitate, take a bold step! I began my music ministry journey with no expertise, but a heart devoted to God . I sought His direction and anchored on Scripture. My advice: step forward in faith, cling to God, and prayer will carry you through — and in the end, you will bring glory to Him.

Long-Term Goals for My Ministry

Looking ahead, I’d love to see the ministry: Expand globally through online platforms and partnerships. Develop discipleship programs for worship leaders and artists. Host worship conferences and seminars. Create resources (music, devotionals, etc.) for spiritual growth. Collaborate with other ministries for greater impact. My vision is to fuel a worldwide worship movement, equipping believers to worship authentically.
