People are frequently frightened to prepare crab cakes at home because they are frequently in the appetiser portions of upscale seafood restaurants. However, it is quite simple and possible to do at home. Since they are so simple, anyone can complete them. Here is all the information you require on making crab cakes the right way.

Use mayonnaise, because it serves as the ideal binder and will not overpower the crab with its light creaminess. If you are really obstinate and cannot tolorate mayonnaose, you can substitute using Greek yoghurt.

Dijon, Worcestershire, and hot sauce are big additions.Crab does not have a particularly strong flavour. It requires a little extra energy.

Method
Mix the mayonnaise, egg, Worcestershire, spicy sauce, Dijon mustard, and salt and pepper in a small bowl.

Mix the crabmeat, panko, and parsley in a medium bowl. After incorporating the mayo mixture, create 8 patties.

Oil should be added to a large skillet and heated to shimmering condition over medium-high heat.

Add the crab cakes and fry them in batches for 3 to 5 minutes per side, until they are golden and crispy.

Serve with tartar sauce and lemon.
