Watermelon: Watermelon is high in water content, which can help hydrate the skin. It also contains vitamins A and C, which are important for skin health.
Berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries): Berries are packed with antioxidants, which help protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals. They also contain vitamins and minerals that support skin health.
