Tona The Titan Touches Base With Machiavelli
One might run out of adjectives to describe the pop gold that is Machiavelli. Marking his first official release for the year, Tona The Titan, touches base with this new release, unrelenting in his bullish run to spread relatable life experiences with his music.
“I remember those days I was sleeping in the dark. Steady counting losses and the shit that I lacked. Now I am going blind from the camera flash,” his mid-tempo vocals soar with momentum over the gentle piano chords. With a rubbery vocalisation, as well as a catchy refrain, Machiavelli stands out across Tona’s discography, as a solid sonic exploit with an equally solid replay value.
Produced by Gaddamn and engineered by Rusell, the record “was inspired by my personal struggles and that of those around me. It is a song about chasing dreams; a song for and about dream chasers. It is a song about growth and progress. It is a song that speaks on where I am coming from, where I am now and where I am going,” Tona The Titan tells Weekend Beats.
On what’s next for the budding wunderkind, Tona notes that he “will keep working on my craft till my music has grown to garner public appeal. I plan to keep growing in my craft and also be very successful in the music business. I plan to stick around for a long time.”
