President Jonathan give directions to end fuel scarcity

FOLLOWING the recent fuel scarcity in some part of the country, the President, Dr Goodluck Jonathan has directed the minister of Finance, Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala to pay petroleum marketers all oustanding debts to end the scarcity immediately.
