NOBEL laureate, Prof. Wole Soyinka, will review Ambassador Dele Cole’s new book on Lagos titled, Modern and Traditional Elites in the Politics of Lagos in which Henry Carr and Herbert Macualay are projected as epitome of Nigerian educated elites.
The book will be presented on March 10, 2015 at Institute of International Affairs, Victoria Island, Lagos. Time is 10am.
