Ooni of Ife partners firm to build Ojaja Smart City in Osun 

The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, has teamed up with Simpli Mi Homes, to deliver Ojaja Smart City, located in Awosun, Ile-Ife, Osun State.

Before the official announcement, the project has been one of the most talked about projects in the state in the last few months, as the Ojaja Smart City would serve Nigerians both in Nigeria and the Diaspora.

Simpli Mi Homes’ Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director, Dr Edna Ubebe, has promised to give “what it takes to make sure the launch date, April, sacrosanct.”
