Dozens of Ukraine army tanks, vehicles seen leaving Debaltseve

DOZENS of Ukrainian army tanks and vehicles were seen pulling out of the besieged strategic eastern town of Debaltseve on Wednesday, an AFP reporter in the area observed. The vehicles, carrying haggard-looking, unshaven troops, arrived in the nearby town of Artemivsk, where one soldier confirmed that "they are soldiers coming from Debaltseve".
