Italy says ‘evident risk’ of ISIS merging with Libyan militias

ITALY warned Wednesday that there was an 'evident risk' of Islamic State merging with other armed groups in Libya. Addressing parliament, Foreign Minister Paolo Gentiloni also said that the time to achieve a political solution in the country was "running out" and called for a "change of pace" from the international community.
