Where do new notes issued to banks by CBN go?

Sir: My husband and I pray fervently for a better Nigeria. We do not have any other country but Nigeria. Unfortunately the more we pray the more we see companies throwing clogs in the wheels of progress in Nigeria.

Banks only have extremely dirty, stinking and carcinogenic notes to give their customers while giving new notes to those who sell at parties, Monday to Friday. Where are we going in Nigeria?
We need to know that complacency changes nothing, therefore we as Nigerians must ask the banks where do new notes from the Central Bank go?
